Yesterday

Yesterday I ate a sesame bagel with better and a small coffee.

For lunch I had a small portion of left over mac and cheese and a 100 Calorie deli style bread sandwhich with corn beef. I had some sweet gerkins on the side.

Whole wheat spaghetti w/sauteed broccli, artichoke hearts and roasted peppers.
