Skirt steak w/ pepper and onion (very small amount)
Three Pulled Pork Sliders
Cherry Coke

Dinner (175 calories, 54 from fat)
Grilled chicken over greens
Grilled carrots glazed with honey and sprinkled with cayenne pepper
