Cow-we-flower

Cauilflower. I love the simplicity of vegetables. Cauiflower is underated and underused. This is a simple braised cauilflower I made on Monday. Got some high heat on some olive oil, softened some onions, garlic and then threw in the cauiflower. You'll notice some of them got a little brown on them. Flavor. Cooked until soft cuz I like to mash them on my plate. Had a baked potato that night and I remember taking some mashed cauiflower and putting it in the potato skin. Tasted so good I nearly pissed myself. I love food.
