Cow-we-flower

Cauilflower. I love the simplicity of vegetables. Cauiflower is underated and underused. This is a simple braised cauilflower I made on Monday. Got some high heat on some olive oil, softened some onions, garlic and then threw in the cauiflower. You'll notice some of them got a little brown on them. Flavor. Cooked until soft cuz I like to mash them on my plate. Had a baked potato that night and I remember taking some mashed cauiflower and putting it in the potato skin. Tasted so good I nearly pissed myself. I love food.

Zuke Rings topped with Ricotta

I was hankering for some Fried Zucchini on Sunday so I whipped some up. Then I had an idea. As like dinnner party finger food, I created these lil morsels of goodyness. It's a simple fried zuke ring topped with seasoned Ricotta cheese and a roasted red pepper. It taste. MAGNIFICENT. Great idea for the next party I throw.

"Seasoned" Ricotta : Ricotta, salt, pepper, orange zest, parsley, splash of olive oil. Done and Done.

Tell me these ain't fucking incredible looking ribs. Fuck outta here. Ya boy makes competition style ribs man. On a fucking gas grill in the dead of winter in Brooklyn. Texas ain't got shit on me. Fucking southern boys. Let me see them make some ribs like this without all their equipment. Fairies. I've given the recipe out already but holla if you want it again. I'll kiss and tell.
