Today's Menu

Today I'm making Basil Chicken w/tomatoes over rice or macaroni. I haven't decided yet. Fresh Basil is very versatile. For the Monday night game I got some pigs in a blanket and wings of course. These are different though, not that I'm sick of them but all summer I've eaten Hto Wings, this time I'm switching it up to some Honey BBQ jumpoff ones. I still put some heat in the sauce though. Yes the sauce is homeade I'll post the recipe one day. But in it I add a couple of penos to turn up the heat.
