Joe's of Avenue U is a classic Sicilian Focacceria that serves up excellent Italian food at a decent working mans price. Known for a great rice ball special (rice ball with sauce and topped with cheeses) and a panelle which is chickpea fritter which if you ask for the special you get it with cheese.
