What I Ate Yesterday

Yesterday, Tuesday I ate:

Breakfast:
3 Mini Pepperidge Farms Brown Sugar Bagels (the kids)
One English Muffin

Lunch: (leftover from previous night)
Shrimp Scampi
Wild Rice

Dinner:
Chicken, Tomatoes, Olives over Pasta
Garlic, Oil, White wine sauce

Snacks throughout the day:
Snyder Cheddar Cheese Pretzel pieces, Caramel Popcorn, Gingerbread Muffin

Beverages throughout the day:
Sammy Adams Winter Lager,
Pinot Grigio (I am not gay, didn't want to waste it all on the dish),
Iced Tea, Hot Tea
Water
