I'll post what I eat within a reasonable time, sometimes with pics, sometimes without. Most of it will suck and bore you but some may excite you. I'll also drop some recipes and occasionally my pants.
I love fresh Kielbasa with potatoes. It's so standard to just grill it and eat it like a sanwhich but chopping it up small and pairing with buttery taters and onions is like you are transforming the kielbasa.
Another pasta creation, I call it Pasta Di Lenti. It has tomotoes, lentils, mushrooms, onions and fennel intertwined with garlic, oil, basil and red wine.
