I'll post what I eat within a reasonable time, sometimes with pics, sometimes without. Most of it will suck and bore you but some may excite you. I'll also drop some recipes and occasionally my pants.
Pork Belly is all the rage lately with chefs. I'm start experimenting. First stop is getting some quality goods and pictured below would fall into that category. Maybe I'll buy a hunk and throw in the slow cooker. Details to follow soon.
This leg of lamb was unreal. Awesome. At this point it was very rare, I cooked it about another hour at about 250 degrees. It sat in a salt/garlic/parsley/rosemary paste rub overnight. Olive oil and lemon was applied liberally along the way.
